Packaging Services:
For those items that are too delicate to “just” be loaded on the truck, our trained packers will place them in the trailer. All of our packers have been through Mayflower Quality Labor Training Program. Our training consists of both classroom and field exercises. Before we send packers into your residence, they have been through 15 to 20 hours of classroom training before they are sent into the residence with a “coach” who acts as a mentor and shows the new packer the proper way to perform each duty. We put all your breakables (dishes, lamps, mirrors, etc...) into boxes. Our shop has all the packing supplies you need. Get an accurate estimate.

Moving of Household Goods:
Our employees treat your possessions like their own. Our drivers perform an in-depth inventory of your goods prior to loading. All furniture is padded inside the residence and then carried and loaded into the trailer. We place delicate items inside boxes and then gently place them inside the trailer. All of our trailers are air-ride equipped, which means your furniture won’t feel the jarring bumps of America’s potholes. Get an accurate estimate.

Storage of Household Goods:
We’ll load up your goods and store them in our secured vaults. We provide both long and short term storage. Whether you are relocating out of town or just having your house remodeled, we can store your goods. Your items will be loaded directly into our storage vaults at your residence. The vaults aren’t re-opened until the goods are delivered back to your residence. If the goods are delivered outside Pensacola, the vaults will be unloaded, and the van operator will check the goods that he receives against the inventory that was performed at loading. International Moving:

Satellite Tracking:
The majority of the Mayflower fleet is equipped with Sky-Bitz, a GPS tracking system that allows you to track your possessions every step of the way. Get an accurate estimate.

Warehouse Distribution and Logistical Services:
We can relocate everything that’s not nailed down. We’ll bring it all to our warehouse, store it on racks, and redeliver it when you need it. Then we’ll check the records and check for damages, just to make sure. Get an accurate estimate.

Record Storage:
We can pack boxes if you need assistance. If not, we’ll just pick them up. First we’ll index them into our barcode system. Then we bring them to our storage facility and place them on racks. When you need them, you’ll get them right back, usually within one day. Get an accurate estimate.

Office Moving:
When it’s time to relocate your office, we’re here to make the move easier. By utilizing our one-stop-shop, we take the pressure off you and your staff and coordinate your relocation. Our services include packing, storing, and relocating all the contents of your office. No job is too small. We offer both hourly rate estimates and flat-rate pricing.

When it’s time to change offices, we’ll come in, pack up all your items, and move them. If you’re not ready for a new office just yet, we’ll store your goods on racks at our warehouse.
